DKC143-100-7-FW | Bosch Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE03 Servo Drive

Product Overview High-power high-voltage full-digital servo amplifier under Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE03 DKC14.3 platform, natural convection cooling design without built-in cooling fan, preloaded FW standard general-purpose firmware, rated continuous output 100Arms, matched with large-frame MKD/MHD high-voltage synchronous servo motors. Widely used for heavy-load main spindle & heavy feed axis of large CNC, metallurgical winding, heavy-duty printing equipment.

Description

Model Code Definition

DKC = ECODRIVE03 full digital servo drive series

143 = abbreviated marking of 14.3, Gen14 Rev3 hardware with option daughterboard expansion slot, natural convection cooling structure

100 = rated continuous output current:100Arms

7 = high voltage specification, three-phase AC380~480V input, nominal DC bus 700VDC

FW = universal basic factory firmware, three-loop closed-loop control without electronic cam & master-slave electronic gearing function

Technical Specifications

Main Power Input:3-phase AC380~480V ±10%,50/60Hz; independent external DC24V ±10% for control power supply

Communication:Front X1 RS232 for DriveTop parameter debugging; Profibus-DP/CANopen/SERCOS fieldbus via pluggable option card

Core Functions

Full closed-loop position/speed/torque triple regulation; supports analog speed control, pulse position control, digital input triggered multi-step fixed positioning. Integrated STO safe torque off function, complete protection including overcurrent, DC bus over/undervoltage, module overheat, encoder disconnection, front panel LED fault indication. No built-in electronic cam function compared to FM firmware variant.

Application Fields

Heavy-load CNC main spindle & heavy feed axes, large rotary printing press, high-power winding/unwinding machinery, extruder drive, heavy-duty automated forging & assembly production line.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Model 7 only matches 3-phase 380~480V AC input; single-phase 220V power supply triggers persistent DC bus undervoltage alarm and insufficient output torque.

Natural cooling design must strictly retain 50mm upper and lower cabinet clearance, avoid closed confined installation leading to overheat protection shutdown.

High frequent positive/negative reciprocating load must configure external high-power braking resistor to prevent internal brake overload damage.

Parameter upload/download requires matching corresponding DriveTop software version; parameters cannot be directly copied to FM firmware servo drives.
