Ambient Condition: Full-load operation 0~40℃; storage -20℃~+80℃; rated altitude ≤1000m; relative humidity<90% non-condensing
Interface & Communication Configuration
Power Terminals: L1/L2/L3 mains input, U/V/W motor output, dedicated terminal for external braking resistor
Encoder Port: Dual feedback support for TTL incremental ABZ & resolver, isolated onboard 5V encoder power supply
Digital I/O: 8DI+8DO for drive enable, hardware limit, home search and holding brake logic control
Command Input: ±10V analog speed/torque signal, pulse+direction position command
Debug & Fieldbus: Front RS232 for DriveTop parameter setup; Profibus-DP / CANopen / SERCOS via optional daughterboard
Core Functions
Full closed-loop position/speed/torque regulation; three operation modes: analog speed control, pulse positioning, DI-triggered multi-step fixed positioning. Equipped with STO safe torque off and complete protection: overcurrent, bus over/undervoltage, IGBT overheat, encoder break, front LED fault code display. No native electronic cam or master-slave sync compared with FM firmware.
Application Fields
General CNC feed axes, rotary printing machines, medium-duty winding & slitting equipment, single-axis packaging and automated assembling machines.
Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Type7 high-voltage unit only connects 3-phase AC380~480V; wrong 220V input triggers permanent undervoltage alarm and insufficient torque.
Replacement needs same FW firmware; parameters cannot be copied directly from FM-version drives.
Frequent forward/reverse cyclic application must add external high-power braking resistor to avoid internal brake overheat damage.
Parameter commissioning requires matching DriveTop software revision for FW firmware read/write.
