Core Functions

FM dedicated firmware upgrades motion algorithm vs standard FW version; retains full position/speed/torque three-loop closed-loop control, extra equipped with electronic cam curve operation, multi-axis synchronous follow-up, segmented linear/cubic interpolation positioning function; supports analog speed regulation, pulse position control, I/O triggered multi-step automatic program running. Complete protection functions including overcurrent, DC bus over/undervoltage, power module overtemperature, encoder disconnection, STO safe torque off protection, front panel digital LED fault code display.

Application Fields

CNC feed/spindle axes, rotary die-cut printing equipment, high-speed slitting & winding machinery, multi-axis automated assembly lines, automotive precision component processing automation equipment.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Grade-7 high voltage model strictly only access AC380~480V three-phase mains; wrong 220V low-voltage input causes insufficient torque and continuous undervoltage alarm.

Replacement must adopt same FM firmware variant; parameter files cannot be directly copied from FW standard firmware drives.

High frequent forward-reverse cyclic running needs external high-power braking resistor to avoid built-in brake module overheating damage.

Parameter commissioning requires matched DriveTop software edition corresponding to built-in FM firmware revision.
