Core Functions
Standard FW firmware integrates full position/speed/torque three-loop closed-loop control; supports analog speed control, pulse position control, internal multi-step sequential positioning via digital trigger. Built-in STO safe torque-off safety function, complete fault protection including overcurrent, DC bus over/undervoltage, power module overtemperature, encoder line break, with front panel LED fault code display.
Application Fields
CNC milling/lathe spindle & feed axes, industrial multi-joint robot joints, high-speed rotary printing machinery, heavy-duty winding & slitting equipment, large automatic packaging production lines, automotive component precision assembling lines.
Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Type-7 high voltage model strictly limited to AC380~480V three-phase input; wrong 220V low-voltage input leads to insufficient output torque and abnormal alarm.
Replacement requires matching FW firmware version; parameter files cannot be directly cloned from non-FW variant drives.
Frequent forward-reverse cyclic operation must install external high-power braking resistor to prevent internal bleeder overheat burnout.
Commissioning requires DriveTop software edition matching factory FW revision for normal parameter read-write.
