Equipped with soft/hard travel limit, auto homing and brake delay logic; complete fault protection against overcurrent, DC bus over/undervoltage, power module overheat and encoder wire break, with front LED numeric fault indication.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Type-3 low voltage model only allows AC200~240V input; 380V high voltage connection will permanently damage internal power stage.

Replacement must adopt same 01VRS firmware variant; parameters cannot be directly copied from V24 firmware drives.

External high-power braking resistor is required for frequent forward-reverse cyclic operation to avoid built-in brake overheating failure.

Parameter commissioning needs DriveTop software version matching with 01VRS firmware revision.
