The VRS firmware adopts a three-loop closed-loop control system for position, speed and torque. It has three operating modes: analog voltage speed regulation, pulse position control, and I/O trigger 32-segment internal program automatic positioning. Compared with the V24 firmware, it optimizes program jumps and external trigger calling functions; integrates soft limit, hardware limit, and automatic return-to-origin logic; all hardware protection features: overcurrent, bus over/under voltage, power module overheating, encoder break wire, and phase loss faults self-locking; digital tube displays fault codes to directly show the fault type. Usage and Maintenance

1. This model is of 3-phase low-voltage specification. It is strictly prohibited to connect to AC380V high-voltage power supply. Incorrect connection will directly cause power module breakdown;

2. Spare parts replacement should prioritize the same VRS firmware model. It is not possible to directly interchange with the parameters of the 01V24 firmware driver;

3. For high-frequency reciprocating start-stop loads, a large-power braking resistor must be externally connected to avoid overheating and damage of the built-in braking;

4. For debugging, use the DriveTop supporting software. Select the firmware version compatible with VRS, and the higher version software can be downward compatible for parameter reading.
