Interface and communication configuration
Power terminals: L/N single-phase or L1/L2/L3 three-phase power supply, U/V/W motor power terminals, external braking resistor connection terminals
Encoder interface: Compatible with TTL incremental ABZ, rotary transformer, comes with encoder power output
Control terminals: DI/DO for enabling, positive/negative limit, origin, brake linkage; reserved ±10V analog instructions, pulse direction bit input
Communication ports: RS232 debugging serial port (DriveTop parameter setting); CANopen/Profibus/DeviceNet require selected communication sub-card expansion Core function
MGP firmware integrates a three-loop closed-loop system for position/velocity/torque; supports ±10V analog speed control, pulse point control, I/O triggering of internal multi-segment positioning programs; comes with soft and hard limiters, automatic origin return to zero, motor brake timing control; full hardware protection: overcurrent, bus over/under voltage, power module overheating, encoder break wire faults self-locking, digital tube fault code display. Applicable scenarios
Small rotary divider equipment, food packaging feeding shaft, electronic component assembly machine, small winding and cutting machine, precision belt conveying equipment.
Usage and Maintenance
1.3 The low-voltage model must not be connected to the AC380V high-voltage power supply. It only requires AC220V power supply. Incorrect connection may cause power module breakdown;
2. The entire machine comes with firmware. Replacing the motor only requires DriveTop to automatically identify the motor parameters;
3. Frequent restarting situations suggest connecting an external braking resistor to avoid internal braking overheating;
4. The bare base of the same specification DKC10.3-012-3-FW can be interchanged with this machine only after installing the MGP board.
