The VRS universal firmware supports three-loop closed-loop control, with three control modes: analog voltage speed regulation, pulse position control, and internal 32-segment program position operation. Compared to the V24 firmware, it optimizes multi-segment program jumps and external trigger program calling functions. It comes with soft limit, hardware limit, automatic return to the origin, and brake linkage logic. Full fault protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, module overheating, encoder break wire, phase missing, etc. Digital tube fault code display and alarm. Applicable scenarios

Usage and Maintenance

1. This machine is a 3-phase low-voltage model. It is strictly prohibited to connect to an AC380V high-voltage power supply. Incorrect connection will directly damage the power module;

2. Spare parts replacement should preferentially use the same model VRS firmware model. It is not possible to directly interchange parameters with the 01V24 firmware driver;

3. Short-term light-load start-stop can use the built-in braking resistor. High-frequency reciprocating loads must be externally connected with a high-power braking resistor;

4. For debugging, use the DriveTop software. Preferentially match the corresponding version of the VRS firmware. Higher-version software can be downward compatible to read parameters.
