Interface and communication configuration
Power terminals: L/N single-phase or L1/L2/L3 three-phase incoming lines, U/V/W motor terminals, Brake external terminals
Encoder interface: TTL incremental ABZ, Rotary transformer compatible, With encoder power output
Control terminals: DI/DO (Enable, Limit, Origin, Brake), ±10V analog instructions, Pulse direction input
Communication: RS232 debugging port (DriveTop parameter reading and writing); PROFIBUS/CANopen/DeviceNet require selected communication sub-card Core function
The MGP board integrates a three-ring closed-loop control system and supports three modes: ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse position control, and I/O-triggered internal multi-segment positioning program; it comes with origin reset, soft and hard limit functions, and sequential linkage with motor braking; it has full fault locking protection for overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, and encoder breakage; it also displays fault codes on the digital tube. Applicable scenarios
Small dividers, electronic assembly equipment, label feed shafts, micro winding machines, precision belt conveying equipment.
Usage and Maintenance
1.3 The low-voltage model is prohibited from being connected to AC380V high voltage; only AC220V power supply is allowed;
2. The entire machine comes with firmware, and replacing the motor only requires DriveTop to automatically identify the motor parameters;
3. For light loads, built-in braking is used; for high-frequency reciprocating loads, it is recommended to connect an external small braking resistor;
4. The FW bare base of the same specification can be interchanged with this machine only after installing the MGP board.
