The V24 version of the MGP firmware comes with a three-ring closed-loop control standard, supporting analog voltage speed regulation, pulse position control, and internal 32-program-point operation; it is equipped with soft limiters, origin search, and motor brake sequence linkage; it has full hardware fault protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, module overheating, encoder breakage, panel digital tube fault code alarm; the V24 firmware optimizes the stable speed characteristics of small and low-speed motors, reducing low-speed jitter. Operation and Maintenance
1.3 Low-voltage models are strictly prohibited from being connected to AC380V. They can only be used with AC220V power grid. Incorrect connection will directly damage the power module;
2. 01V24 firmware models should preferentially exchange with the same version spare parts. The parameters of drivers across VRS/Vxx versions cannot be directly used;
3. Short-distance reciprocating light-load can use the built-in braking resistor. High-frequency start-up conditions require an external large-power braking resistor;
4. For debugging, use DriveTop corresponding to V24 version software. High-version software can be downward compatible to read parameters.
