The MGP board is equipped with a three-ring closed-loop control firmware; it supports ±10V analog speed control, pulse positioning, internal program positioning; zero point return to zero, soft limit, motor brake linkage; overcurrent / overvoltage / undervoltage / overheating / encoder break wire full fault protection, and digital tube display of fault codes. Applicable scenarios
Small divider drive, electronic assembly machine, label feeding mechanism, micro winding machine, precision laboratory conveying equipment.
Usage and Maintenance
1.3 The low-voltage model is prohibited from being connected to AC380V, only AC220V power supply is allowed;
2. The entire MGP machine comes with its own firmware. Replacing the motor only requires DriveTop to identify the parameters, no program rewriting is needed;
3. Built-in braking is available for light loads, and external small braking resistors are required for high-frequency reciprocating loads;
4. The FW base of the same specification needs to be equipped with an MGP board to be interchangeable with this model.
