Product Introduction The third-generation ECODRIVE03 platform of Leistritz features a bare base without pre-installed firmware for high-voltage power. The FW = blank hardware body, without built-in control program. It can only run by flashing the FWA-ECODR3-SMT/MGP series firmware through DriveTop; 7 high-voltage specifications are compatible with three-phase AC380-480V power supply, with a rated continuous output of 40A. It is compatible with MKD/MHD/MKE series 3-7.5kW synchronous servo motors. Compared to the DKC1.1 version, this hardware upgrades with modular IO and optional ESM external program storage card. It is mainly used for equipment renovation, project customization, and spare parts replacement.

Communication ports

1. RS232 debugging serial port: Only used for DriveTop firmware download, parameter setting, after firmware installation communication takes effect

2. Bus optional: CANopen, Profibus-DP, SERCOS require installation of corresponding communication expansion board card, supports ESM storage card offline parameter copy Core function

The hardware is only effective in the power inverter circuit. The three-loop servo and point position logic completely rely on firmware. After installing the firmware, it supports three control modes: analog speed regulation, pulse point position, and internal program positioning.

Hardware full protection: IGBT short circuit, output overcurrent, bus over/under voltage, module overheating, encoder breakage fault locking, display of panel digital tube fault codes;

Unique feature of the 03 generation: Optional ESM program storage card. The entire machine parameters can be backed up offline. Simply replace the base and insert the card to use it immediately, without the need to reflash the firmware. Applicable scenarios

Printing equipment main drive, heavy packaging machinery feeding, CNC grinding machines / machining centers feed axes, fully automatic winding machines, lithium battery cutting equipment, retrofitting and replacement of old Indramat equipment.

Usage and Maintenance

1. The suffix 1.7 high-voltage base must not be connected to single-phase AC220V. Incorrect connection will directly cause power module breakdown;

2. The bare FW base is prohibited from being powered on without load. The standard firmware is FWA-ECODR3-SMT-02VRS-MS, and it needs to be online burned by DriveTop software;

3. For high-frequency start-stop with large inertia load, it is recommended to connect a large-power braking resistor externally to avoid internal braking overheating faults;

4. The installation size is consistent with DKC1.1-040-7-FW, but the firmware cannot be used universally and the entire machine cannot be directly interchanged.
