The hardware only retains the power inverter circuit and peripheral wiring. The three-loop servo control and point position logic are all implemented by flashing the ASE firmware;
After the corresponding firmware is loaded, it supports three operation modes: ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse direction point position, and I/O triggering of 32 internal program positioning;
The hardware is equipped with full-loop protection: IGBT short circuit, output overcurrent, bus over/under voltage, module over-temperature, encoder broken wire fault locking, and dual digital tube fault code display on the panel. Applicable scenarios
Printing machinery drum drive, heavy-duty packaging feed shaft, medium and small-sized CNC machines, fully automatic winding/cutting equipment, customized transplant automation production line spare parts modification.
Usage and Maintenance
1. The suffix 1.7 high-voltage base must not be connected to single-phase AC220V power supply; incorrect connection will directly damage the power module;
2. The bare FW base cannot be powered on without firmware; the standard firmware model is FWA-ECODRV-ASE-04VRS-MS, and the program must be burned online using DRIVETOP software;
3. For high-frequency start-stop with large inertia load, it is recommended to connect a large-power braking resistor externally to avoid the built-in braking overheating alarm;
4. The installation dimensions are exactly the same as DKC1.1-040-7 (the entire machine pre-installed firmware version), but the firmware is not universal and cannot be directly interchanged with the entire machine.
