Product Introduction The Liebherr ECODRIVE01 series three-phase 380V high-voltage integrated servo is pre-installed with ASE control firmware at the factory. It can be debugged and operated immediately after power-on. The rated continuous output is 40A, and it is compatible with the MKD05/MKD06 series of 3-7.5kW synchronous servo motors. It is widely used in printing machinery, heavy packaging machines, CNC feed axes, and automated assembly lines. It is a mainstream replacement part for the old Indramat equipment.

DKC: ECODRIVE Digital Servo Amplifier Series

1.1 = 01.1: The first generation ECODRIVE01 hardware platform

040: Rated continuous output current 40Amps

7: 700VDC high-voltage bus, three-phase AC380-480V power supply specification (3 represents a 220V low-voltage model)

No FW: Built-in original firmware, complete unit, no need to separately program Technical Specifications

The entire machine is equipped with a three-ring closed-loop control firmware. There are three control modes: ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse/direction point position control, and I/O triggering of internal program positioning;

It comes with hardware soft limiters, hardware positive/negative limits, automatic zero return, and linkage sequence of brake;

Hardware full protection: IGBT short circuit, output overcurrent, bus over/under voltage, module over-temperature, encoder broken wire fault shutdown; dual digital tubes on the panel display fault codes, making maintenance convenient. Applicable scenarios

Heavy-duty vertical packaging main feed, printing equipment drum drive, feed axis for small and medium-sized CNC machines, fully automatic winding machine, non-standard automated transplant equipment.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Models with suffix 1.7 only allow connection to three-phase AC380V. It is strictly prohibited to connect to single-phase 220V power grid. Incorrect connection will cause power module breakdown;

2. The entire machine comes with firmware. When replacing different power motors, DriveTop must be used to re-identify the motor parameters;

3. Frequent start-stop of large inertia loads. It is recommended to connect a large power braking resistor externally to avoid overheating alarm of the built-in braking;

4. DKC1.1-040-7 (complete machine) and DKC1.1-040-7-FW (empty base) have the same installation dimensions. However, the FW model has no firmware and cannot be directly powered on for interchange.
