The main body only consists of power inverter hardware. The three-loop control and positioning logic are all achieved by writing ASE firmware;
After writing the corresponding firmware, it supports: ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse point position, I/O triggering of internal program positioning, origin search, brake sequence control;
The hardware is equipped with full protection: IGBT short circuit, output overcurrent, bus over/under voltage, module over-temperature, encoder broken wire fault shutdown, and dual digital tube fault code display on the panel. Applicable scenarios
Small packaging equipment feed axis, desktop CNC engraving machine, component assembly machine, small winding and cutting equipment, retrofit of old production line spare parts.
Usage and Maintenance
1.3 Models with suffix "low voltage" must not be connected to AC380V power supply; incorrect connection will directly cause power module breakdown;
2. Bare base of FW without firmware cannot be powered on; it is necessary to use the corresponding ASE firmware (ASE02VRS/ASE04VRS) to download the program using DriveTop;
3. For large inertia loads that are frequently started and stopped, it is recommended to install an external braking resistor to prevent the built-in braking from overheating and damaging;
4. DKC1.1-FW has the same installation size as the complete machine without FW (DKC1.1-030-3), but the complete machine comes with firmware; the two cannot be directly interchanged.
