DKC1.1-030-3 | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE01 - An economical 230V integrated servo drive

Product Introduction The Leistritz Indramat ECODRIVE01 series is an economical integrated single-axis servo. The models with suffix 3 are low-voltage models compatible with single-phase / three-phase AC230V power grids. They are equipped with a main control board and ASE firmware, and feature an integrated power inverter design. There is no need to additionally select an MGP control card to start the operation directly; the rated output is 30A, suitable for MKD04/MKD05 series synchronous servo motors with power ranging from 0.75 to 4.5kW. It is a mainstream spare part model for old packaging equipment, small CNC, and automated assembly lines.

Description

Model Explanation

DKC: ECODRIVE Digital Servo Amplifier Series

1.1: The first generation ECODRIVE01 integrated hardware platform (DKC01.1 is abbreviated as DKC1.1)

030: Rated continuous output current 30Amps

3: 300VDC low-voltage bus specification, AC 200~240V power supply model (7 represents AC 380~480V high-voltage)

No FW: The entire machine integrates the main control and firmware, not a bare power base, ready to use upon power-on Technical Specifications

Main power supply: Single-phase AC 200~240V or three-phase AC 200~240V ± 10%, 50/60Hz, incoming line rated 22A; external DC 24V auxiliary control power supply

DC bus: Nominal 300VDC, overvoltage protection 360VDC, integrated pre-charge in the body, built-in energy consumption braking circuit

Output performance: 30A continuous rated, 230% short-term overload 350ms, carrier 8kHz, maximum output frequency 1200Hz

Braking configuration: Built-in integrated braking unit, standard small-power braking, no external resistance required for light load

Dimensions: Width 70mm × Height 210mm × Depth 210mm, net weight 5.0kg, IP20 cabinet installation protection

Environmental conditions: Full-load operation at 0~45℃, altitude ≤ 1000m; storage - 25~+80℃, humidity < 95% without condensation

Interface and communication configuration

Power terminals: L/N single-phase or L1/L2/L3 three-phase incoming line, U/V/W motor power terminals, built-in braking wiring terminals

Encoder interface: Compatible with TTL incremental ABZ, rotary transformer feedback, built-in encoder power output

Control terminals: Green terminal block DI/DO limit, origin, enable, brake control, ±10V analog instructions, pulse direction input

Communication ports

1. RS232 debugging port: DRIVETOP software parameter debugging, firmware reading and writing upgrade

2. Standard parallel port point interface, can call 32 groups of preset positioning programs in the driver's internal I/O

3. No native fieldbus, if CANopen/PROFIBUS is needed, an optional subcard must be installed Core function

The entire machine integrates software and hardware, and is equipped with a three-ring closed-loop control firmware;

It supports three control modes: ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse/direction point position control, and I/O triggering of internal program positioning;

It comes with soft limit, hardware positive/negative limit, origin search, and automatic linkage of motor brake timing;

Hardware protection: IGBT short circuit, overcurrent, bus undervoltage/overvoltage, module over-temperature, encoder break wire fault alarm and machine shutdown;

The machine body is equipped with a dual-digit display for fault code indication, making fault diagnosis convenient. Applicable scenarios

Small vertical packaging machine feed shaft, tabletop CNC engraving machine, electronic component assembly machine, small winding machine, label cutting equipment.

Usage and Maintenance

1.3 Models with suffix "low voltage" must not be connected to AC380V industrial power supply; they can only be powered by AC200~240V. Incorrect connection will directly damage the power module;

2. The entire machine comes with firmware. When replacing the motor, DRIVETOP needs to re-identify the motor parameters;

3. When frequently starting and stopping large inertia loads, it is recommended to connect a small power braking resistor externally to prevent the built-in braking from overheating;

4. DKC1.1 (3 low voltage) is not compatible with DKC01.3/05.3 hardware. It is not possible to directly replace spare parts across series.
