DKC06.3-200-7-FW | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE06 DeviceNet 200A High-Voltage Passive Power Base
Description
Model Explanation
DKC: ECODRIVE Digital Servo Power Amplifier Series
06: Original DeviceNet bus hardware configuration of the body
.3: Third-generation ECODRIVE03 power hardware platform
200: Rated continuous output current 200A
7: 700VDC bus high-voltage model, three-phase AC380~480V power supply
FW: Passive power base, without MGP main control board, without pre-installed driver firmware Technical Specifications
Main power supply: Three-phase AC380~480V ±10%, 50/60Hz. The rated input current for the entire machine is 85A; an independent DC24V control power supply is provided, with a control power consumption of approximately 32W.
DC bus: Nominal 700VDC, overvoltage protection 850VDC, built-in pre-charge circuit, bus capacitor 1.5mF.
Output performance: Continuous rated 200A, short-term overload of 240% can last for 400ms, carrier frequencies 4kHz/8kHz are selectable, the maximum output frequency is 800Hz.
Braking configuration: Built-in peak short-term braking 120kW (0.5s), total energy consumption capacity 60kW・s. For heavy-load conditions, a large-power braking resistor must be externally connected.
Dimensions: Width 195mm × Height 360mm × Depth 261mm. Net weight of the entire machine is 19.5kg. IP20 cabinet protection grade.
Environmental conditions: Full-load operation at 0~45℃, altitude ≤1000m; storage at -30~+85℃, environmental humidity <95% without condensation.
Interface and communication configuration
Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 three-phase input terminals, U/V/W motor power connection terminals, dedicated connection position for external braking resistors.
Encoder interface: Fully compatible with rotary transformers, TTL incremental ABZ, Sin/Cos sine/cosine encoders of all specifications for feedback.
Slot configuration: Built-in dedicated slot for inserting MGP-7 main control board, control board outputs DI/DO switch quantities, ±10V analog instructions, pulse direction point interface.
Communication ports
1. RS232 debugging serial port (activated with MGP board): IndraWorks parameter debugging, firmware burning and upgrading
2. X60 fixed DB9 interface native DeviceNet bus, optional DKC06.3-LK-DVN01 communication sub-card to optimize bus stability
3. Expandable sub-card for external RS485 communication interface Core function
The main body only consists of inverter power hardware, and all the position/velocity/torque three-loop closed-loop control is realized by relying on the MGP-7 main control card and its accompanying firmware;
It supports ±10V analog speed control, pulse point control, DeviceNet bus multi-axis electronic gear synchronization, origin search, and motor brake sequence linkage;
Integrated full hardware fault protection: IGBT short circuit, output overcurrent, bus over/under voltage, power module over-temperature, encoder break wire self-lock stop.
Application scenarios
Main feed axes of large gantry machining centers, main drives of heavy extruders, transmission of rotary printing hosts, heavy-load heavy-frame mechanical hands, main servo of lithium battery extrusion forming.
Usage and maintenance
1. High-voltage models with suffix 1.7 must not be connected to a three-phase AC220V power grid, only AC380~480V power supply is allowed. Misconnection will directly break the IGBT power device;
2. The FW bare base cannot be powered on independently. It must be matched with the MGP-7 main control card of the same power segment + corresponding power firmware to be debugged and operated;
3. For high-frequency start-stop of large inertia loads, an external large-power braking resistor must be installed to avoid overheating and burning of the built-in braking circuit;
4. DKC06 (DeviceNet), DKC05 (CANopen), and DKC04 (PROFIBUS) have similar installation dimensions, but the bus hardware is incompatible. It is not possible to directly replace spare parts across models.
