DKC05.3-100-7-FW | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE05 CANopen 100A High-Voltage Power Baseplate

Product Introduction Bosch Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE05 is a high-power single-axis servo power unit. The FW is an inductive power base (without main control board and without pre-installed firmware). The hardware of the model has the native CANopen bus. It is compatible with 7-series high-voltage three-phase AC380~480V power supply. The rated continuous output is 100A. It is compatible with 22~30kW MAC/MKD/MHD synchronous servo motors. The cabinet has a wind-cooling structure and is mainly used for replacement of original factory parts of European original CNC machines, large packaging lines, and extrusion equipment.

Description

Model Explanation

DKC: ECODRIVE Series Digital Servo Power Amplifier

05: The body integrates the native CANopen fieldbus (04 is the PROFIBUS version, and the bus hardware is not interchangeable)

.3: The third-generation power hardware platform

100: Rated continuous output current 100Ams

7: 700VDC DC bus high-voltage model, input three-phase AC380~480V

FW: Empty power base, without MGP main control card, without built-in firmware, it is necessary to select the MGP-7 control card to power on and operate Technical Specifications

Main power supply: Three-phase AC380~480V ± 10%, 50/60Hz; Independent DC24V control power supply, control power consumption 26W

DC bus: Nominal 700VDC, Overvoltage protection 850VDC, Built-in pre-charge circuit, Bus capacitor 0.78mF

Output performance: Continuous rated 100A, 240% short-term overload 400ms, Carrier 4kHz/8kHz selectable, Maximum output frequency 1000Hz

Braking configuration: Built-in peak braking 52kW (0.5s short-term), Continuous braking 31kW・s, External high-power braking resistor required for heavy-load conditions

Dimensions: Width 105mm × Height 360mm × Depth 261mm, Net weight 9.75kg, IP20 cabinet protection

Environmental conditions: Full-load operation at 0~45℃, Altitude ≤1000m; Storage - 30~+85℃, Environmental humidity < 95% without condensation

Interface and communication configuration

Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 three-phase power supply inlet, U/V/W motor power connection, Special connection terminals for external braking resistors

Encoder interface: Fully compatible with rotary transformers, TTL incremental ABZ, Sin/Cos sine-cosine encoder feedback

Slot positions: Special slots for inserting MGP-7 series main control boards, Control board outputs DI/DO digital quantities, ±10V analog instructions, Pulse direction point interface

Communication ports

1. RS232 debugging serial port (enable MGP board for use): IndraWorks parameter debugging, firmware download and upgrade

2. Standard on-board native CANopen bus (DB9 interface fixed CAN protocol, optional expansion sub-card to expand DP/InterBus)

3. Optional DKC05.3-LK-CAN01 communication optimization sub-card to enhance bus stability Core function

The main body only consists of inverter power hardware. The three-loop closed-loop (position/velocity/torque) control is entirely achieved through the MGP-7 main control card and the accompanying firmware;

Supports ±10V analog speed control, pulse position control, CANopen bus multi-axis electronic gear synchronization, origin search, and linkage with motor brake timing;

Integrated hardware full protection: IGBT power tube short circuit, output overcurrent, bus over/under voltage, module over-temperature, encoder break wire fault self-lock shutdown. Applicable scenarios

Linear milling machine feed main drive, auxiliary shaft of large vertical injection molding machine, main drive of wide-format printing machine, heavy-duty automated gantry mechanical hand, main servo for lithium electrode sheet cutting.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Models with suffix 1.7 that use high-voltage power supply are prohibited from being connected to three-phase AC220V power supply. Only AC380~480V power supply is allowed. Incorrect connection will directly damage IGBT power devices;

2. The bare base of FW cannot be powered on independently. It must be matched with the MGP-7 main control card of the same power segment + corresponding power firmware to be debugged;

3. For high-frequency start-stop of large inertia loads, external large-power braking resistors must be installed to avoid overheating and burning of the built-in braking circuit;

4. DKC05 (CANopen) and DKC04 (PROFIBUS) have similar installation dimensions, but the bus hardware is not universal. It is not possible to directly replace spare parts across series.
