Product Introduction Bosch Rexroth Indramat Fourth Generation ECODRIVE04 High-power Single-axis Servo Power Unit. The FW is a bare power base (without main control board, without pre-installed driver firmware). The body has the native PROFIBUS-DP bus. It is compatible with 7 series high-voltage three-phase AC 380~480V power grid. The rated continuous output is 200A. It is compatible with 45~55kW MAC/MKD/MHD high-power synchronous servo motors. The cabinet has a forced air cooling structure. It is mainly used for replacing original equipment in heavy-duty CNC machines, large extrusion equipment, and coating production lines.

The main body only includes inverter power hardware. The entire position/velocity/torque three-loop closed-loop control is achieved by relying on the MGP-7 main control card.

It supports ±10V analog speed control, pulse positioning control, PROFIBUS bus multi-axis electronic gear synchronization, origin search, and linkage with motor brake timing.

Integrated hardware full protection: power transistor short circuit, output overcurrent, bus over/under voltage, module over-temperature, encoder break wire fault self-lock shutdown. Applicable scenarios

Heavy-duty gantry milling machine main feed axis, plastic extruder main drive, large-scale lithium battery coating/slicing main transmission, heavy-duty gantry mechanical hand main servo, wide-format printing equipment main roller drive.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Models with suffix 1.7 are prohibited from being connected to AC220V three-phase power supply. Only AC380~480V power supply is allowed. Incorrect connection will directly damage the IGBT power module;

2. The FW bare base cannot be powered on independently. It must be matched with the MGP-7 main control card of the same power segment + corresponding firmware for debugging;

3. Frequent start-stop of large inertia loads must be equipped with an external high-power braking resistor to prevent the built-in braking circuit from overloading and burning out;

4. The abbreviated model DKC043 is fully compatible with the standard model DKC04.3 in terms of mechanical and electrical aspects. On-site spare parts can be directly interchanged.
