Product Introduction Bosch Rexroth Indramat Third Generation ECODRIVE04 Single-axis Servo Power Unit, FW is an empty power base (without MGP main control board and no pre-installed drive firmware), version 04 of the original PROFIBUS-DP bus, 7-series high-voltage model is compatible with three-phase AC380~480V power grid, rated continuous output 40Arms, compatible with 7.5~11kW MAC/MKD/MHD synchronous servo motors, cabinet installation air-cooling structure, mainly used for maintenance and replacement of original equipment of CNC equipment, printing, and packaging equipment.

Description

Model Explanation

DKC: ECODRIVE Series Digital Servo Power Unit

04: Factory-Integrated PROFIBUS-DP Fieldbus Communication

.3: Third Generation Power Hardware Platform

040: Rated Continuous Output Current 40Amps

7: 700VDC Direct Current Bus High Voltage Specification, Input AC380~480V

FW: Passive Power Base, No Control Board, No Built-in Firmware, Requires Selection of MGP-7 Control Card and Driver Program Technical Specifications

Main power supply: Three-phase AC380~480V ± 10%, 50/60Hz; Independent DC24V control power supply, control power consumption 21W

DC bus: Nominal 700VDC, Overvoltage protection 850VDC, Built-in pre-charge resistor, bus capacitor 0.27mF

Output performance: 40A continuous rated, 240% short-term overload 400ms, Carrier 4kHz/8kHz selectable, Maximum output frequency 1000Hz

Braking specifications: Built-in energy consumption braking peak 10kW (short-time 0.5s), Continuous braking 5kWs, Heavy-load conditions require external external braking resistor

Dimensions: Width 65mm × Height 360mm × Depth 261mm, Net weight 5.2kg, IP20 protective cabinet installation

Environment: 0~45℃ full-load operation, Altitude ≤1000m; Storage - 30~+85℃, Humidity < 95% no condensation

Interface and communication configuration

Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 three-phase incoming line, U/V/W motor power terminals, External braking resistor connection position

Encoder interface: Compatible with rotary transformers, TTL incremental ABZ, Sin/Cos sine cosine multi-type encoder feedback

Slot positions: Special plug-in MGP-7 series main control card, Control card leads DI/DO switch quantity, ±10V analog instructions, Pulse direction interface

Communication configuration

1. RS232 debugging port (enable MGP board assembly): IndraWorks parameter debugging, firmware burning and upgrading

2. Body-fixed PROFIBUS-DP bus (version 04 type cannot be changed to SERCOS)

3. Card slot can be optionally equipped with CANopen, InterBus expansion sub-card to expand communication Core function

The main body only includes the inverter power circuit, and all the three-loop (position/velocity/torque) control is achieved by relying on the MGP-7 main control card;

Supports ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse position control, PROFIBUS bus multi-axis electronic gear synchronization, origin return to zero, and linkage with motor brake timing;

Full hardware protection: output short circuit, overcurrent, bus over/under voltage, power module over-temperature, and encoder break wire faults will automatically lock the machine and stop. Applicable scenarios

Numerical control milling machine feed axis, roller drive for printing machines, main and auxiliary axes of packaging machinery, small and medium-sized automated gantry mechanical hands, auxiliary drive for lithium battery shearing machines.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Suffix 7 high-pressure models must not be connected to three-phase AC220V power supply. Only AC380~480V power supply is allowed. Incorrect connection will directly damage the IGBT power module.

2. The FW base cannot be powered on and run independently. It must be matched with the same specification MGP-7 main control card + corresponding firmware for the power segment to be debugged and used.

3. For high-frequency start-stop of large inertia loads, an external braking resistor must be installed to prevent the built-in braking circuit from overloading and damaging.

4. DKC043-040-7-FW (abbreviation) is fully compatible with the standard DKC04.3-040-7-FW mechanical and electrical systems. Spare parts can be directly interchanged.
