S10 unique feature: The original factory can adjust the hardware overcurrent / overtemperature protection threshold, suitable for equipment with large inertia and frequent start-stop conditions, and provides full fault self-lock protection. Applicable scenarios

Imported heavy-duty extrusion machine, original European-made large gantry machine, original factory-provided lithium battery coating main drive, customized heavy-duty roll pressing equipment (S10 is mainly used for the original factory's original components of the entire machine)

Usage and Maintenance

1. Models with suffix 7 have a high-pressure feature and are not allowed to be connected to a three-phase 220V power supply. Only AC380~480V power supply is permitted.

2. The bare base of S10 cannot be powered on independently. It must be selected to be equipped with S10's companion MGP-7 main control card + corresponding customized firmware. For general MGP installation, parameters need to be reconfigured.

3. Although S10 has optimized built-in braking, high-frequency reciprocating heavy-load still requires an external high-power braking resistor.

4. The hardware of this body and the ordinary DKC04.3-200-7-FW can be mechanically interchangeable, but the program parameters cannot be directly used.
