DKC04.3-200-7-FW | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE04 High-power bare power baseplate
Description
Model Explanation
DKC: ECODRIVE Series Digital Servo Power Unit
04: Standard PROFIBUS-DP Field Bus (01 for analog, 02 for SERCOS version)
.3: Third-generation power hardware platform
200: Rated continuous output current 200A
7: High-voltage model, DC bus rated at 700VDC, compatible with three-phase 380~480V industrial power grid
FW: Empty power base, does not include control motherboard and firmware. MGP-7 main control card and driver firmware need to be selected and burned separately. Technical Specifications
Main power supply: Three-phase AC380~480V ± 10%, 50/60Hz; Independent DC24V control power supply, the overall control power consumption is approximately 75W
DC bus: Nominal 700VDC, Overvoltage protection threshold 850VDC, Built-in large-capacity pre-charge resistor 24Ω, Bus capacitor 1.5mF
Output specifications: Continuous rated 200Arms, Short-time overload 240% for 400ms, Carrier 4kHz/8kHz selectable, Maximum output frequency 800Hz; Overall power consumption 960W
Braking configuration: Built-in peak power for energy consumption braking 120kW (0.5s short time), Maximum energy storage 60kWs, Continuous heavy-load operation requires external large-power external braking resistor
Form and weight: Width 165mm × Height 365mm × Depth 265mm, Net weight 19.5kg, Cabinet installation IP20 protection
Environmental conditions: Full-load operation at 0~45℃, Installation altitude ≤ 1000m; Storage - 30℃~+85℃, Environmental humidity ≤ 95% without condensation
Interface and communication configuration
Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 three-phase incoming terminals, U/V/W large-power motor power terminals, Special terminals for external braking resistors
Encoder aviation socket: Compatible with rotary transformers, TTL incremental ABZ, sine/cosine multi-type encoder feedback
Upper card slot: Special assembly MGP-7 high-voltage main control card, Control card leads DI/DO switch quantities, ±10V analog instructions, Pulse direction point interface
Communication configuration:
1. RS232 debugging port (enable MGP board assembly): IndraWorks parameter debugging, firmware download and update
2. Built-in native PROFIBUS-DP bus of the body (fixed DP communication version 04, cannot be changed to SERCOS)
3. Card slot can be optionally equipped with CANopen, InterBus expansion sub-card expansion bus protocol Core function
The entire machine only has the power inverter hardware, and all the speed/position/torque three-loop control is achieved by relying on the MGP-7 main control board;
It supports three control instructions: ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse direction point position control, PROFIBUS bus multi-axis synchronous linkage, and has electronic gears, soft limiters, origin search and zero return, and power brake sequence linkage;
Full loop hardware protection: output short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, power module over-temperature, and encoder break wire faults self-lock and shutdown. Applicable scenarios
Heavy-duty gantry machining center spindle, heavy-duty feed axis, rubber/plastic extruder main drive, large lithium battery coating main roller drive, heavy-duty truss manipulator, large paper roll drive.
Usage and Maintenance
1. The suffix 7 indicates high-voltage specification. It is strictly prohibited to connect to AC220V three-phase power supply. Only AC380~480V power supply is allowed. Misconnection will directly cause the power IGBT module to be damaged.
2. The FW bare base cannot be powered on and operated independently. It must be matched with the same specification MGP-7 main control card + corresponding firmware for the power segment to be debugged and operated.
3. For large inertia reciprocating impact loads, a large-power external braking resistor must be installed to prevent the built-in braking circuit from being overloaded and burned out.
4. The spare model DKC04.3-200-7-FW and the abbreviated model DKC4.3-200-7-FW can be seamlessly interchanged for use.
