The entire machine only has power drive hardware. The speed/position/torque closed-loop control is achieved through the MGP-7 main control board.

There are three control modes: ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse position control, PROFIBUS bus multi-axis synchronization. It supports electronic gears, soft limiters, origin reset, and联动 of motor braking.

Hardware full-loop protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, power module overheating, encoder break, output short-circuit faults self-lock and shutdown. Applicable scenarios

Usage and Maintenance

1. The suffix 7 indicates high-voltage specification. It is strictly prohibited to connect to three-phase 220V industrial power supply. It is only allowed to be powered by AC 380~480V. Misconnection will directly cause power module breakdown.

2. The FW baseboard cannot be powered on and operated independently. It must be equipped with the same specification MGP-7 main control card + matching power firmware to be debugged and used.

3. For large inertia reciprocating heavy-load, it is necessary to select a large-power external braking resistor to avoid overheating and burning of the built-in braking circuit.
