Product Introduction The Liechle ECODRIVE04 series integrates a PROFIBUS-DP bare power base. FW = No main control board, no pre-installed driver firmware; -7 high-voltage specification is compatible with three-phase AC 380~480V power supply, with a rated continuous output of 40Arms, matching 8~12kW MAC/MKD/MHD synchronous servo motors. It has an internal bus pre-charging circuit and axial flow cooling fan. It is mainly used for CNC, packaging, and printing equipment spare parts replacement.

DKC: ECODRIVE Digital Servo Power Unit

4 (Original Factory 04): This model comes with a PROFIBUS-DP bus version. It differs from 02 (SERCOS) and 01 (analog) versions.

.3: The third-generation power hardware version

40 (Original Factory 040): Rated continuous output current 40Ams

7: High-voltage model, three-phase 380~480V incoming line, DC bus 700VDC

FW: Empty power base, without MGP control card, no fixed program. The control board and firmware need to be selected and burned separately. Technical Specifications

The entire machine only has the power inverter hardware, and all the speed/position/torque closed-loop control is achieved through the MGP main control card;

Control mode: ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse position control, PROFIBUS bus multi-axis synchronization, supporting electronic gear, origin return to zero, and motor brake timing control;

Full hardware protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, power module overheating, encoder break, output short-circuit faults self-lock and shutdown. Applicable scenarios

Machine tool feed axis, pharmaceutical and food packaging unit, printing roller system drive, small and medium-sized truss mechanical hand, lithium battery automation precision positioning axis.

Usage and Maintenance

1.-7 High-voltage base must not be connected to three-phase 220V power supply. It is only allowed to be powered by AC380~480V. Misconnection will cause power module breakdown.

2. The bare FW base cannot be powered on and run independently. It must be assembled with the same specification MGP-7 main control card + matching power firmware.

3. For high-frequency start-stop and large inertia load, a large-power external braking resistor must be installed to prevent the internal braking circuit from burning out.

4. The abbreviated model DKC4.3-40-7-FW is directly interchangeable with the original factory's DKC04.3-040-7-FW spare parts without any difference.
