Product Introduction Leistritz ECODRIVE03 is the third-generation PROFIBUS-DP bus top-level power base with a flat bottom. FW = No pre-installed main control board, no fixed firmware. -7 High-pressure type adapter for three-phase AC 380~480V, rated continuous output 200Ams, compatible with 45~55kW MAC/MKD/MHD high-power synchronous servo motors. Standard features include a large-power built-in braking circuit, large-capacity bus capacitor and dual cooling fans. It is mainly used for heavy-duty machine tool spindles, large extruders, multi-axis heavy-duty winding, and original spare parts replacement for metallurgical conveying equipment.

FW: Bare power base, does not include MGP-7 high-voltage main control card. Control firmware needs to be selected and burned separately. Technical Specifications

The main body only consists of power inverter hardware, and all motion control functions are realized by the MGP-7 control card.

Control mode: ±10V analog quantity, pulse position, PROFIBUS bus multi-axis control combined in one, supporting electronic gearing, master-slave synchronization, origin search, and motor brake timing control.

Hardware full protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, power module overheating, encoder break, output phase-to-phase short circuit, bus fault self-lock shutdown. Applicable scenarios

Heavy-duty CNC floor-mounted lathes, rubber-plastic single/double screw extrusion main machines, large-scale cable winding units, heavy-duty paper coating roller systems, automated heavy-duty handling truss equipment.

Usage and Maintenance

1. -7 The high-pressure base must not be connected to AC220V three-phase power supply. It is only allowed to use 380~480V industrial power supply. Misconnection will directly damage the power module.

2. The FW empty base cannot be powered on and operated independently. It must be equipped with the corresponding MGP-7 main control card + matching power firmware.

3. Frequent start-stop and large inertia impact loads must be equipped with external high-power braking resistors to prevent the internal braking circuit from breaking down.

4. The 100A/40A small-power base cannot be directly replaced. The bus capacity and power IGBT hardware specifications are not compatible.
