The base only has inverter power hardware, and all motion control logic is implemented through the MGP-7 control card.
Control mode: ±10V analog speed regulation + pulse positioning + PROFIBUS bus three-axis control, supporting electronic gear synchronization, origin return to zero, and motor brake timing control.
Full hardware protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, power module overheating, encoder break, and inter-phase short circuit faults of output locking and stopping. Applicable scenarios
Large CNC lathe spindle drive, plastic and rubber extrusion main unit, heavy-duty printing unit, multi-axis cable winding production line, automated heavy-load handling equipment.
Operation and Maintenance
1. -7 High-voltage models must not be connected to three-phase 220V power supply. Only AC380~480V industrial power supply is allowed.
2. The FW base cannot be powered on and operated independently. It must be equipped with the corresponding MGP-7 main control card and the matching model firmware.
3. Frequent start-stop and large inertia loads must be externally connected with high-power external braking resistors to avoid overload and burnout of the built-in braking circuit.
4. Replacement of spare parts cannot be directly substituted with the 40A base. The hardware specifications of the power circuit are not universal.
