Product Introduction The third-generation PROFIBUS-DP architecture bare power base of Indramat Leistritz, without an internal main control board and no pre-installed firmware (the FW defines an empty base), 040 represents a rated 40A output power circuit. The hardware of the body is compatible with two specifications of 300VDC bus (three-phase 230V input) and 700VDC bus (three-phase 380~480V input). It distinguishes the voltage system by selecting the MGP-3 or MGP-7 control card; it is compatible with 7.5~15kW MKD/MAC/MHD synchronous servo motors and is mainly used for equipment spare parts mixed renovation and replacement of old driver power units.

The base only has the power inverter hardware. All the control logic is implemented by the MGP main control card. By replacing the MGP-3/MGP-7, you can switch between 220V/380V power supply systems.

Control mode: ±10V analog speed regulation + pulse position + PROFIBUS bus control in a three-in-one configuration. It supports electronic gear synchronization, origin search, and motor brake timing control.

Hardware full protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, module overheating, encoder break, and inter-phase short circuit faults causing machine shutdown. Applicable scenarios

Replacement and repair of imported old machine tools, printing machinery, rubber and plastic auxiliary machinery, multi-axis winding production line drives, as well as cross-voltage equipment retrofit with base structure.

Usage and Maintenance

1. This model cannot be powered on directly. It must be equipped with the corresponding voltage level MGP main control card + matching firmware. MGP-3 requires a 220V incoming line, MGP-7 requires a 380V incoming line. Incorrect power supply must not be used.

2. It can directly replace the two standard models DKC03.3-040-3-FW and DKC03.3-040-7-FW. Only the main control card needs to be replaced.

3. Frequent forward and reverse rotations, large inertia conditions, mandatory external connection of large power braking resistors to prevent overheating and damage of the built-in braking circuit.
