DKC03.3-040-7-FW/S20 | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE03 40A High-Pressure Baseplate (S20 Custom Special Version)

Product Introduction The third-generation Profibus-DP bus FW bare power base of Rexroth, /S20 is a custom design selected by the manufacturer. It optimizes the power circuit and strengthens the high-temperature resistant components based on the standard DKC03.3-040-7-FW hardware. It still does not include the main control board and firmware. It has a three-phase 380~480V high-voltage input and a rated 40A output, and is suitable for 7.5~15kW MAC/MKD/MHD servo motors. It is mainly used as original factory spare parts for equipment in high-temperature environments such as printing and rubber-plastic cabinets. The S20 version has undergone aging screening upon factory production, and its vibration and high-temperature redundancy is superior to the standard version.

Description

Model Explanation

DKC: ECODRIVE03 Full Digital Servo Drive Series

03.3: 03 = PROFIBUS-DP bus architecture, .3 = Third-generation optimized hardware model

040: Continuous rated output current 40A Arms

7: High-voltage specification, three-phase AC 380~480V, DC bus 700VDC

FW: Empty power base, without control motherboard, without pre-installed firmware

/S20: Factory special customization suffix, high-temperature enhanced + industrial reinforcement selection (high-temperature resistance, anti-harmonic impact, component grade upgrade) Technical Specifications

Main power supply: Three-phase AC380~480V ±10%, 50/60Hz; Independent DC24V control power supply

DC bus: Rated 700VDC, Overvoltage protection 850VDC

Output specifications: Continuous 40Arms, Peak 96A (240% overload 400ms), Output frequency 0~1000Hz

Heat dissipation and temperature resistance (S20 exclusive): Standard 0~45℃ full load, S20 can operate continuously at 50℃ without reduction of rating, Power module uses upgraded materials for high-temperature resistance

Built-in braking: Peak 8.5kW release, High-frequency operation requires external braking resistor

Form: W65×H360×D261mm, Net weight 6.5kg, IP20 cabinet installation, Altitude ≤1000m

Compatible motors: MKD06/07, MAC07/09, MHD07 series 7.5~15kW synchronous servo

Interface and communication configuration

Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 incoming lines, U/V/W motor power, External braking resistor connection terminals

Encoder port: Special aviation socket, Compatible with resolver, TTL incremental ABZ encoder

Slot: Top-mounted MGP main control card, Exports DI/DO, ±10V analog, Pulse instructions Communication

1. RS232 debugging port (activated with MGP card): IndraWorks debugging, firmware burning

2. The main body is equipped with a standard PROFIBUS-DP interface, and the S20 bus port is enhanced with lightning protection and filtering

3. Optional expansion of CANopen sub-card is available Core function

The S20 only has power hardware reinforcement, while the control logic still relies on the MGP main control card to implement.

Control mode: ±10V analog speed regulation + pulse position + PROFIBUS bus integration of three axes, supporting electronic gearing, origin return to zero, and brake sequence control.

Protection: Overcurrent / overvoltage / undervoltage / overtemperature / encoder break line / output short circuit all hardware protection. The S20 fault threshold is optimized for harmonic disturbance resistance. Applicable scenarios

High-temperature sealed cabinet printing equipment, extruder auxiliary equipment, heavy-duty winding equipment, multi-axis assembly line (the internal environment of the cabinet is high, and the grid harmonics are large, PROFIBUS control system)

Usage and Maintenance

1.7 High-voltage models are prohibited from being connected to three-phase 220V power supply. They are only allowed to be powered by industrial 380V.

2. The FW base cannot be powered on independently. It must be equipped with MGP card + matching firmware. The S20 is compatible with the standard MGP card.

3. The S20 model is preferred for replacing equipment with poor ventilation and high environmental temperature. It cannot be directly replaced with the ordinary 040 base in the high-temperature position.

4. Frequent forward and reverse rotations with large inertia loads must be equipped with large-power external braking resistors.
