DKC03.3-040-7-FW | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE03 Third Generation PROFIBUS 40A High-Pressure Base Station Servo Drive

Product Introduction Leistec Indramat Third Generation PROFIBUS-DP Bus FW Bare Power Base, featuring only power power inverter hardware, without a main control circuit board, and without pre-installed firmware. Three-phase AC 380~480V high-voltage model, rated continuous output of 40 Arms. It is necessary to install the MGP main control card and write the corresponding firmware before the entire machine can be powered on and operated. It is compatible with 7.5~15kW MAC/MHD/MKD medium-power synchronous servo motors. Compared with DKC03.1/03.2, it optimizes the heat dissipation circuit and reduces the size of the machine body. It is mainly used for the renovation of old equipment with PROFIBUS bus, and the replacement of original spare parts for imported equipment from the manufacturer.

Description

Model Explanation

DKC: Indramat ECODRIVE03 Full Digital Servo Drive Series

03.3: 03 = Native PROFIBUS-DP hardware platform, .3 = Third-generation hardware optimization version

040: Continuous rated output current 40Arms

7: High-voltage power supply specification, three-phase AC380~480V input, DC bus rated 700VDC

FW: Blank Base power base, without control motherboard, no factory-固化 driver firmware

Technical Parameters

Main circuit power supply: Three-phase AC380~480V ±10%, 50/60Hz; Independent DC24V/2A control power supply

DC bus: Rated 700VDC, hardware overvoltage protection threshold 850VDC

Output capacity: Rated continuous 40Arms, peak 96A (240% rated short-time overload 400ms), output frequency 0~1000Hz

Built-in braking circuit: Built-in energy dissipation peak 8.5kW, high-frequency reciprocating load requires external large-power braking resistor

Overall size: W65×H360×D261mm, net weight 6.5kg

Protection level: IP20 cabinet-mounted vertical installation, 0~45℃ full-load operation, >45℃ reduced power usage, installation altitude ≤1000m

Compatible motors: MKD06/MKD07, MAC07/MAC09, MHD07 series 7.5kW~15kW synchronous servo motors

Interface and Communication Configuration

Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 three-phase incoming line, U/V/W motor power terminals, dedicated terminal for external braking resistor

Encoder interface: Special aviation feedback socket, compatible with rotary transformers, TTL incremental ABZ dual-channel encoder feedback

Board slot: Top-mounted slot on the body, assembly of MGP main control card, card body outputs DI/DO switch quantities, ±10V analog speed control, pulse direction command terminals

Communication Ports

1. RS232 debugging serial port (activated by MGP card): IndraWorks parameter debugging, firmware version burning and upgrading

2. Native integrated PROFIBUS-DP bus interface of the body, no need for additional bus sub-card selection

3. Card slot can select to expand CANopen communication sub-card to achieve dual-bus compatible control Core function

The FW base only has the power circuit, and all the motion control logic is implemented by the MGP main control card.

The MGP card integration: ±10V analog speed regulation + pulse position control + PROFIBUS-DP bus communication in one. It supports electronic gear synchronization, origin search, and automatic control of servo brake timing.

The complete set of standard hardware protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, power module overheating, encoder break, and inter-phase short circuit faults of output stop alarms. Applicable scenarios

Medium-sized CNC machines, rubber and plastic extrusion auxiliary machines, wide-format printing equipment, medium-load winding machines, multi-axis automated assembly lines (PROFIBUS bus control system)

Usage and Maintenance

1.7 models with suffix "high voltage" must not be connected to AC220V single-phase / three-phase power supply. They are only allowed to be powered by industrial three-phase 380V.

2. The FW bare base cannot be powered on and run independently. It must be equipped with MGP main control card + matching corresponding ECODR3 firmware program.

3. The MGP main control card of the full series 016/040/100 power segments of DKC03 is hardware universal. Spare parts can be interchanged across power segments.

4. For high-frequency forward-reverse operation and large inertia conditions, external braking resistors must be forcibly matched to avoid overheating and burning of the built-in braking circuit.
