The FW base only has the power inverter circuit, and all the control logic is implemented by the MGP control card.
The MGP card integration: ±10V analog speed regulation + pulse position + bus communication in one. It supports automatic control of electronic gears, zero-point return to zero, and motor brake timing when the motor is engaged.
Full hardware protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, module overheating, encoder break, output short-circuit fault shutdown alarm. Applicable scenarios

Usage and Maintenance
1.7 High-voltage models are strictly prohibited from being connected to AC220V power supply. They are only suitable for three-phase 380V industrial power supply.
2. The FW bare base cannot be powered on and operated independently. It must be equipped with the MGP main control card and the matching firmware must be written.
3. The DKC03 full series of 016/040/100 power segments of the MGP card have common hardware and spare parts can be interchanged across power levels.
4. High-frequency reciprocating start-stop loads must be equipped with an external braking resistor to prevent the built-in braking circuit from overheating and being damaged.
