DKC03.2-100-7-FW | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE03 PROFIBUS Bus High-power Bare Base Drive

Product Introduction The Indramat DKC03.2 from Leistec is a PROFIBUS-DP bus-specific high-power FW open power base. It has no control motherboard and no pre-installed firmware. It is a three-phase AC380~480V high-voltage model with a rated output of 100A. It must be equipped with an MGP control card and the corresponding driver firmware to operate the entire machine. It is compatible with the 22~37kW MAC/MHD/MKD series high-power synchronous servo motors. It is mainly used for the PROFIBUS bus-based numerical control renovation of old equipment and the replacement of original spare parts for heavy equipment. It is different from DKC02.3 (SERCOS optical model) and DKC03.1 (the first-generation PROFIBUS hardware).

Description

Model Explanation

DKC: Indramat ECODRIVE03 Digital Servo Drive Series

03.2: 03 = Profibus-DP bus platform, .2 = Second-generation optimized hardware architecture

100: Continuous rated output current 100Amps

7: High-voltage specification, three-phase AC 380~480V input, DC bus rated 700VDC

FW: Blank Base Base Unit, does not include the main control circuit board, no factory-embedded firmware Technical Specifications

Main circuit power supply: Three-phase AC380~480V ±10%, 50/60Hz; Independent DC24V 2A control power supply

DC bus: Rated 700VDC, hardware overvoltage protection threshold 850VDC

Output capacity: Continuous rated 100Ams, peak 240A (240% rated short-time overload 400ms), output frequency range 0~1000Hz

Built-in braking circuit: Built-in energy dissipation peak 22kW, frequent reciprocating start-stop loads require external high-power braking resistors

Overall size: W105×H362×D263mm, net weight 9.85kg

Protection level: IP20 cabinet wall-mounted installation, 0~45℃ full-load operation, ambient temperature >45℃ reduced power usage, installation altitude ≤1000m

Compatible motors: MAC11/MAC15, MHD11/MHD13, MKD11 series 22kW~37kW AC servo motors

Interface and communication configuration

Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 three-phase incoming terminals, U/V/W motor power terminals, dedicated terminals for external braking resistors

Encoder interface: Integrated aviation feedback socket, compatible with rotary transformers, TTL incremental ABZ dual-channel encoder feedback

Board slot: Standard card slot on the top of the body, after assembling MGP main control card, DI/DO switch quantity, ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse direction command terminals are led out

Communication ports

1. RS232 debugging serial port (activated by mounting): IndraWorks debugging parameters, firmware version upgrade burning

2. The original body integrates PROFIBUS-DP bus interface, no additional communication sub-card is required

3. The card slot can be selected to expand CANopen bus sub-card to achieve multi-bus compatible control Core function

The FW bare base unit only contains the power inverter hardware circuit, and all the control logic is implemented by the MGP main control card.

-MGP main control card: combines ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse position control, and PROFIBUS-DP bus communication. It supports electronic gear synchronization, origin search, and automatic control of servo brake timing.

The complete machine is equipped with full hardware protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, module overheating, encoder break, and inter-phase short circuit faults of output alarm and shutdown. Applicable scenarios

Heavy-duty gantry CNC machine tools, large rubber and plastic extrusion units, wide-format printing equipment, heavy-load winding equipment, multi-axis heavy-duty automated manipulators, metallurgical forming equipment (PROFIBUS bus control system)

Usage and Maintenance

1.7 suffix high-voltage models must not be connected to AC220V single-phase / three-phase power supply, only industrial three-phase 380V power supply is allowed

2. The FW empty base cannot be powered on and operated independently, it must be equipped with MGP control card + matching corresponding ECODR3 firmware program

3. The entire series of DKC 012/040/100 power segments MGP main control cards have common hardware, and equipment spare parts can be interchanged across power ratings

4. For high inertia high-frequency forward-reverse operation conditions, a large power braking resistor must be externally connected to avoid overload damage to the built-in braking circuit
