DKC03.1-040-7-FW | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE03 Profibus Type High Voltage Base Drive

Product Introduction The Indramat ECODRIVE03 platform DKC03.1 of Rexroth, a bus-type FW bare power base, does not include the main control firmware and control board. It has a rated output of 40 Arms, three-phase AC 380~480V high-voltage model. The hardware is originally reserved with a Profibus-DP bus card slot, different from DKC02.3 (the SERCOS fiber model). It requires the installation of an MGP control card and firmware burning to enable the entire machine to operate. It is compatible with the MKD/MHD/MAC series synchronous servo motors of 7.5~15kW and is mainly used for the Profibus bus retrofit of old equipment and the replacement of equipment spare parts.

Description

Model Explanation

DKC: Indramat Servo Drive Controller

03.1: Hardware Model, 03 = Profibus-DP Bus Platform, .1 = First Generation Hardware Architecture

040: Continuous Rated Output Current 40Amps

7: High Voltage Specification, Input AC 380~480V, DC Bus 700VDC

FW: Blank Base, No Pre-installed Control Program, No Main Control Board Technical Specifications

Main power supply: Three-phase AC380~480V ± 10%, 50/60Hz; Independent DC24V control power supply

DC bus: Rated 700VDC, Overvoltage protection threshold 850VDC

Output performance: Continuous 40Arms, Peak 96A (240% overload 400ms short time), Output frequency 0~1000Hz

Built-in braking: Built-in discharge circuit peak 10kW, Frequent start-stop loads need external braking resistors

Dimensions: W70×H270×D205mm, Net weight 5.38kg

Environmental specifications: IP20 cabinet installation, 0~45℃ full load operation, Altitude ≤1000m

Compatible motors: MKD09, MKD11, MAC09/11 series 7.5kW~15kW AC servo motors

Interface and communication configuration

Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 three-phase incoming line, U/V/W motor power connection, External braking resistor terminal

Encoder interface: Integrated aviation socket, Compatible with rotary encoder, TTL incremental ABZ dual-channel feedback

Board slot: Top slot for installing MGP main control card, Exports DI/DO, ±10V analog quantity, Pulse command terminals

Communication ports

1. RS232 debugging port (activated by mounting): IndraWorks parameter debugging, firmware flashing

2. The body is standardly equipped with Profibus-DP interface, No additional sub-card selection required

3. Optional expansion of CANopen sub-card (addition of card slot) Core function

The bare base unit only has the power inverter circuit, and the control functions are defined by the MGP control card.

-MGP card: ±10V analog speed regulation + pulse position + Profibus-DP bus integrated control, supporting electronic gear, zero-point return to zero, and motor brake timing control.

Overall hardware protection of the machine: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, encoder break, output short circuit, all fault alarm protection. Applicable scenarios

Packaging automation line, printing machinery, general numerical control equipment, automated assembly mechanical hands, small plastic and rubber extrusion equipment (Profibus bus control system)

Usage and Maintenance

1.7 suffix high-voltage models are prohibited from being connected to single-phase / three-phase AC220V power supply. They are only allowed to be powered by industrial three-phase 380V power supply.

2. The FW empty base cannot be powered on and debugged independently. It must be equipped with MGP main control card + matching corresponding firmware version.

3. The same series DKC full-power range (012/040/100/200) MGP control cards have common hardware and interchangeable spare parts.

4. For large inertia frequent forward and reverse operation conditions, a large power braking resistor must be externally connected to prevent the built-in braking circuit from overloading and burning out.
