DKC02.3-100-7-FW | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE03 High-power High-pressure Bare Drive Base

Product Introduction Leistec ECODRIVE03 high-power FW power base with no built-in main control board and no pre-installed firmware. Three-phase high-voltage AC380~480V model, rated output 100Ams. It is a high-power bare power unit and must be equipped with MGP/SGP control card and the corresponding firmware to enable the entire machine to operate. It is compatible with 22~37kW MAC/MA series high-power synchronous servo motors, mainly used for large machine tools, rubber and plastic equipment, and heavy-duty automation production line spare parts replacement.

Description

Model Explanation

DKC02.3: ECODRIVE03 Second-generation Hardware Platform

100: Continuous Rated Output Current 100 Arms

7: High Voltage Specification, Three-phase AC 380~480V Input, Bus Rated 700VDC

FW: Blank Base, Empty Base Unit, Does Not Include Main Control Board and Factory Firmware Technical Specifications

Main circuit power supply: Three-phase AC380~480V ±10%, 50/60Hz; Independent DC24V control power supply

DC bus: Rated 700VDC, hardware overvoltage protection 850VDC

Output specifications: Continuous rated 100Ams, peak 240A (240% short-term overload 400ms), output frequency 0~1000Hz

Built-in braking: Built-in relief circuit peak power 22kW, heavy-load return operation requires external large-power braking resistor

Overall size: W105×H360×D261mm, net weight of the whole machine 9.7kg

Protection and environment: IP20 cabinet installation, full-load operation within 0~45℃, reduced capacity operation above 45℃, installation altitude ≤1000m

Compatible motors: MAC11, MAC15, MA series 22kW~37kW high-power servo motors

Interface and communication configuration

Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 three-phase incoming line, U/V/W motor power terminals, dedicated terminals for external braking resistors

Encoder interface: Integrated aviation socket, compatible with rotary transformers, TTL incremental ABZ dual-channel feedback

Board slot: Top-mounted slot on the body, after installing MGP/SGP main control card, DI/DO switch quantity, ±10V analog speed regulation, pulse command terminals are led out

Communication ports

1. RS232 debugging serial port (activated by mounting): IndraWorks parameter debugging, firmware upgrade burning

2. Dual-channel SERCOS optical interface, supports multi-axis optical ring network high-speed synchronization

3. Card slot can be optionally equipped with Profibus-DP, CANopen expansion communication sub-card Core function

The bare base only has the power drive circuit, and the control functions are entirely determined by the optional board cards.

-MGP main control card: ±10V analog speed regulation + pulse direction point position + SERCOS bus integrated control, supporting electronic gearing, origin search, and motor brake timing control.

- SGP main control card: Pure SERCOS optical fiber bus dedicated, compatible with multi-axis联动 control of numerical control systems.

The complete machine is equipped with full hardware fault protection for overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, encoder break, and output short circuit. Applicable scenarios

Large CNC gantry machining centers, plastic and rubber extruders, heavy-duty winding equipment, large printing units, heavy-duty multi-axis manipulators, metal forming automation equipment

Usage and Maintenance

7 models with suffix "high voltage" must not be connected to AC220V power supply. They are only compatible with three-phase 380V industrial power supply.

2. The bare base of FW cannot be powered on and debugged independently. It must be equipped with MGP/SGP control card + matching corresponding firmware version.

3. The main control cards of the same series DKC02.3 in the full power range (012/040/100/200) of the MGP/SGP are hardware-compatible and spare parts can be interchangeable.

4. For heavy inertia and high-frequency forward-reverse load conditions, it is necessary to forcibly connect a large power braking resistor externally to prevent overload and burnout of the built-in braking circuit.
