Compatible motors: MAC09, MAC11 series 7.5~15kW AC servo motors
Interface and communication configuration
Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 incoming lines, U/V/W motor power, External braking resistor connection terminals
Encoder aviation seat: Compatible with resolver + TTL incremental ABZ dual feedback
Top card slot: After installing MGP/SGP main control card, DI/DO, ±10V analog, pulse command terminals are led out
Communication interfaces
RS232 debugging port (activated by mounting): IndraWorks parameter setting, firmware burning
Dual SERCOS optical ports, support multi-axis optical ring network synchronization
Card slot can be optionally equipped with Profibus-DP, CANopen expansion sub-cards Core function
The bare base unit only has the power drive circuit and no control program. Its functions are determined by the optional board cards.
MGP card: ±10V analog speed control + pulse position + SERCOS bus integrated. Supports electronic gears, origin search, and brake sequence control.
SGP card: Pure SERCOS optical fiber bus dedicated control, compatible with CNC multi-axis linkage.
The complete machine is equipped with full hardware fault protection for overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, and encoder breakage. Applicable scenarios
Numerical control machining center, printing spindle unit, large-scale packaging production line, automated mechanical hand, plastic and rubber extrusion equipment servo system
Usage and maintenance
7 suffix high-voltage models must not be connected to single-phase / three-phase 220V, only 380V industrial three-phase power supply is allowed
The bare base of FW cannot be powered on for debugging alone, it must be equipped with MGP/SGP card + matching firmware
DKC02.3 full power range (012/040/100/200) MGP/SGP control card hardware is universal, spare parts can be interchanged conveniently
Large inertia loads with frequent forward and reverse rotations, external large power braking resistors must be forcibly connected to avoid internal braking overload damage
