DKC02.3-012-3-MGP-010RS | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE03 Integrated Low-Voltage Servo Drive for Finished Products

Product Introduction The Leistritz ECODRIVE03 series are built-in MGP main control finished drive units (without FW bare base), single-phase / three-phase AC 200~240V low-voltage models, with rated continuous output of 12Arms, compatible with 0.3~1.5kW MAC/MSM synchronous servo motors. They come with the 0RS version of the general MGP firmware pre-installed. The entire unit does not require an additional control board. Power-on can immediately match and debug the motor. They are mainly used in small-scale automation equipment, CNC auxiliary machines, and packaging machinery maintenance and replacement.

Description

Model Explanation

DKC02.3: ECODRIVE03 Second Generation SERCOS Fiber Bus Drive Platform

012: Rated Continuous Output Current 12A Arms

3: Low-voltage model, AC 200~240V input, DC bus rated 300VDC

MGP: Built-in Multi-function Universal Main Control Board (analog + pulse + SERCOS integrated)

010RS: Firmware Version V01-0RS, General-purpose Motion Control Firmware (0RS = Standard Factory Firmware, compared with 01VRS) Technical Specifications

Main circuit power supply: Single-phase / Three-phase AC 200~240V ± 10%, 50/60Hz; Independent DC 24V control power supply

DC bus: Rated DC 300V, hardware overvoltage protection 380VDC

Output performance: Continuous rated 12Ams, peak 28.8A (240% overload 400ms), output frequency 0~1000Hz

Built-in braking: Integrated built-in discharge resistor, no need for external braking resistor in low-power conditions

Dimensions: W55×H182×D170mm, net weight of the entire machine 1.4kg

Environmental specifications: IP20 cabinet, vertical installation, 0~45℃ full load, reduced power at >45℃, installation altitude ≤1000m

Compatible motors: MAC03, MAC05, MSM03 small servo motors, power range 0.3~1.5kW

Interface and communication configuration

Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 incoming lines, U/V/W motor power terminals, brake reserved terminals

Encoder interface: Integrated aviation plug, compatible with rotary transformer + TTL ABZ incremental encoder dual feedback

I/O terminals: Onboard DI/DO analog quantities, ±10V analog speed control terminals, pulse + direction bit command terminals

Communication ports

1. RS232 debugging serial port: IndraWorks parameter setting, firmware upgrade

2. Dual SERCOS optical interface, supports multi-axis optical ring network synchronous linkage

3. Slot selectable Profibus-DP, CANopen expansion daughter card Core function

The entire machine is pre-installed with MGP control logic, allowing seamless switching among three control modes.

±10V analog speed/torque control

Pulse direction position positioning control (electronic gear, zero point return to zero)

SERCOS optical fiber bus multi-axis closed-loop positioning

Standard full hardware fault protection including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, encoder break, phase loss, etc., and can store 32 sets of position programs. Applicable scenarios

Small CNC engraving machines, food packaging machines, labeling machines, automated conveying lines, small robotic arms, textile precision auxiliary machines

Usage and Maintenance

1. The suffix 3 indicates a low-voltage model. It is prohibited to connect to a three-phase 380V power supply. Only AC 200~240V power supply is supported.

2. The entire machine comes with an MGP board and 0RS firmware. Upon arrival, it can be directly matched with the same specification motor for power-on debugging.

3. The full series of MGP firmware (0RS/01VRS) for the same power DKC02.3-012-3 can be universally rewritten and replaced.

4. For high-frequency reciprocating start-stop and large inertia load conditions, it is recommended to connect an external small-power braking resistor to extend the service life.
