Product Introduction The Liebherr ECODRIVE03 series high-power FW power base (without main control board and pre-installed firmware) features a three-phase AC380~480V high-voltage high-power drive unit with a rated continuous output of 200A. It is suitable for 45kW~75kW MAC/MSM high-power synchronous servo motors. The entire machine can operate only after installing the MGP/SGP control card and writing the matching VRS firmware. It is mainly used for heavy-duty main drive, large-scale extrusion, and replacement and repair of original equipment in heavy-duty machine tools.

The bare power base has no control logic. The entire machine's functions are determined by the optional control board.

MGP Control Card: ±10V analog speed regulation + pulse position + SERCOS bus three-in-one control, integrating electronic gear, origin search, motor brake timing control; integrating full hardware fault protection such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, encoder break, and input phase missing. Usage and maintenance

Suffix 7: High-pressure specification prohibits single-phase AC220V power-on, only suitable for three-phase 380V industrial power supply

FW bare base cannot be powered on for individual debugging, it must be equipped with MGP/SGP main control card + corresponding version VRS firmware

DKC02.3: The hardware of the full-power range (020/030/040/100/200) MGP/SGP control card is universal, spare parts replacement should first check the original equipment firmware version

For heavy-load conditions with frequent start-stop and energy feedback, a large-power braking resistor must be externally installed to avoid overheating and damage caused by the built-in discharge loop
