Interface and communication configuration

Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 three-phase incoming line, U/V/W motor power terminals, external braking resistor connection terminals

Slot positions:预留 control card slot on the upper part of the machine body， after inserting MGP/SGP， DI/DO， ±10V analog， pulse command terminals are led out

Encoder： Integrated composite aviation socket， resolver and incremental encoder shared

Communication interfaces

The bare board has no control logic. Its functions are determined by the optional control card:

SGP card: Only SERCOS bus positioning control, dedicated bus model

MGP card: ±10V analog speed regulation + pulse direction point position + three-in-one control of SERCOS bus, equipped with electronic gear, internal point position program, origin search, motor brake timing control; full hardware protection: overcurrent / overvoltage / undervoltage / overheating / encoder break wire / phase missing / stall fault protection Applicable scenarios

Large offset printing main drive shaft, extruder main drive,龙门 milling feed main shaft, high-power stretching for chemical fiber spinning, main servo of heavy-duty cutting equipment.

Usage and Maintenance

High-pressure models are only powered by AC380V and must not be connected to 220V low voltage (suffix 3 indicates 230V models)

The FW bare machine cannot be powered on and run alone. It must be equipped with MGP/SGP control card and the corresponding VRS firmware version must be written

DKC02.3-020/030/040 high-pressure hardware shells are universal. Control cards can be interchanged across power models

Replacement of spare parts should first check the original machine's firmware VRS version. If the versions do not match， the motor parameters need to be re-tuned.
