DKC02.3-040-7-FW | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE03 High Voltage Servo Drive Original part number: R911279427

Product Introduction Leistec ECODRIVE03 series three-phase 380V high-voltage bare board driver, DKC02.3 platform 40A high-power model, FW indicates that it does not come with pre-installed firmware and requires separate selection of control card and firmware program. Native SERCOS optical bus architecture, compatible with high-power MAC/MSM synchronous servo, heavy-duty CNC machine tools, large-scale printing, and rubber and plastic extrusion equipment.

Description

Model Explanation

DKC02.3: ECODRIVE03 SERCOS Fiber Drive Hardware Platform

040: Continuous rated armature output of 40 Arms

7: High-voltage model, three-phase AC380~480V input, bus DC700V

FW: Blank bare machine, without built-in firmware card. Requires selection of MGP/SGP and other function control boards + corresponding firmware later. Technical Specifications

Main power supply: Three-phase AC380~480V 50/60Hz, DC bus 700VDC

Control power supply: Independent DC24V auxiliary power supply

Rated output: Continuous 40Arms, short-time peak 96A (240% overload, 400ms)

Motor compatibility: MAC11/12, MSM10 and above, compatible power 7.5~15kW synchronous servo

Feedback compatibility: TTL incremental ABZ encoder + Resolver resolver transformer dual feedback

Output frequency: 0~1000Hz

Built-in braking: Built-in energy consumption braking circuit, peak discharge power 10kW, heavy load can be externally connected with large power braking resistor

Dimensions: W90mm×H320mm×D195mm, net weight ≈5.4kg

Environmental specifications: Full-load operation at 0~45℃, IP20 cabinet installation, altitude ≤1000m, humidity <90% RH without condensation

Interface and communication configuration

Power terminals: L1/L2/L3 three-phase incoming line, U/V/W motor power terminals, external braking resistor connection terminals

I/O base slot: Reserved control card slot, after inserting MGP/SGP card, DI/DO, ±10V analog quantity, pulse instruction terminals are led out

Encoder: Integrated composite interface, resolver and incremental encoder share the socket

Communication interface

RS232 debugging port: After installing the firmware card, it can be used to read and write parameters and write firmware with IndraWorks/DriveTop

The machine is standardly equipped with two SERCOS optical fiber interfaces for multi-axis optical fiber serial networking

Slots can be optionally equipped with Profibus/CANopen expansion communication subcards Core function

This machine is an empty hardware baseboard without control logic. Different control cards can be assembled to achieve corresponding functions:

With SGP: Only SERCOS bus positioning control

With MGP: ±10V analog speed regulation + pulse point position + three-in-one control of SERCOS bus, including built-in electronic gear, internal point position program, origin search, brake sequence control; full-loop hardware protection (overcurrent / overvoltage / undervoltage / overheating / encoder failure / phase missing / stall) Applicable scenarios

Main drive of龙门 milling machine, main traction of large offset printing, main servo of single screw extrusion, heavy-duty cutting equipment, large power shaft for chemical fiber spinning and drawing.

Usage and Maintenance

High-pressure models can only be connected to three-phase 380V power supply. 220V low-voltage power supply is strictly prohibited (suffix 3 indicates 230V low-voltage model)

The FW bare machine cannot be directly powered on and operated. A MGP/SGP control card must be added and the corresponding version VRS firmware must be written.

The DKC02.3-020/030/040 high-pressure hardware shells of the same series are universal. The control cards can be interchanged across models.

Replacement spare parts should first check the VRS version suffix of the original machine. If the versions are not consistent, the motor parameters need to be reconfigured.
