Usage and Maintenance
1. This machine is a 400V high-voltage model. It is strictly prohibited to connect AC220V three-phase power supply (the 3 suffix indicates 220V low-voltage).
2. The NN gap must be equipped with MGP/SGP function card + corresponding firmware to be powered on and operated. Blank boards cannot drive the motor.
3. Hardware of the same specification DKC02.3-016-7 is fully compatible throughout the series. After replacement, it is necessary to match the firmware and motor parameters for setting.
4. Overcurrent and F-type faults should be prioritized for troubleshooting. Check the 400V incoming line, power cable shielding, encoder wiring, and 24V control power supply.
