DKC02.3-012-3-MGP-01VRS (400W) | Rexroth Indramat ECODRIVE03 Servo Drive

Product Introduction The third-generation ECODRIVE bus-type single-axis servo from Indramat Leister, MGP-01VRS, comes with the factory-固化 V01 standard firmware. It is equipped with the default 400W power matching parameters. At the same time, it is compatible with three control instructions: ±10V analog, pulse direction, and SERCOS optical fiber bus. The original factory provides MSM040B/041B and MAC04 series 400W permanent magnet servo motors. It is mainly used for printing, small CNC, and packaging equipment as original replacement parts.

Communication interfaces

1. RS232 debugging port: IndraWorks/DriveTop read/write parameters, firmware flashing

2. Standard SERCOS optical interface, multi-axis optical series synchronous control

3. MGP card slot can be selected Profibus/CanOpen expansion communication card

Core functions

01VRS firmware pre-stores 400W motor original factory set parameters, power-on can directly automatically identify and match; three-way instructions seamless switching: analog speed control, pulse point position, SERCOS bus linkage; built-in 32 groups of point programs, electronic gear, automatic origin search; full hardware protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, encoder break line, motor locked rotation, power phase missing alarm; integrated motor brake timing control, parameter storage board EEPROM is saved when power is off. Applicable scenarios

Paper feeding / deviation correction shaft of the printing machine, X/Y feed axis of the small CNC lathe, high-speed cutting servo for packaging, light extrusion traction positioning shaft. Original factory 400W MSM/MAC motor equipment is provided.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Only compatible with three-phase 220V power supply. Do not connect directly to AC380V power supply.

2. The same series DKC02.3-004/008/012/018 bodies are universal. After replacement, the MGP-01VRS firmware needs to be rewritten and the parameters of the 400W motor need to be reconfigured.

3. The MGP firmware is not the same as the SGP firmware (SGP only has SERCOS single bus). Firmware models cannot be directly interchanged.

4. Class F faults should be prioritized to check the power cables, encoder shielding wiring, and 24V control power supply.
