Product Introduction German Bosch Rexroth Indramat has discontinued the original single-axis digital servo model MGP-01VRS, the exclusive VRS standard version 01 firmware for this model. It features a 12A specification with a rated power of 400W, a SERCOS optical bus + analog + pulse full instruction type. It is suitable for the MSM/MAC series of low-power permanent magnet servos. It is a replacement spare part for printing, CNC, and packaging equipment.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Strictly connect to three-phase 220V power supply. Do not directly connect to 380V power source.

2. For fault codes starting with F, prioritize checking the power cables and encoder shielding connections.

3. The body shells of the same series DKC02.3-004/008/012/018 are common. After replacement, it is necessary to match the 01VRS firmware and then calibrate the motor.

4. The MGP-01VRS firmware and the SGP (only SERCOS) firmware cannot be directly interchanged. When changing the firmware, the program needs to be reloaded.
