Core functions
MGP firmware three-in-one instruction: ±10V analog quantity, pulse direction, SERCOS bus optional; built-in 32 sets of positioning programs, electronic gear, origin search, software/hardware limit; complete fault protection: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, encoder break wire, locked rotor alarm; brake logic controllable output, parameters stored in onboard EEPROM and not lost in power failure; multi-axis SERCOS synchronous linkage. Applicable scenarios
Main traction axis of printing equipment, feed axis of CNC equipment, traction drive of extruder, high-speed cutting axis for packaging, heavy-duty automated transplant positioning.
Usage and Maintenance
Input strictly three-phase 220V, strictly prohibit connection of 380V; F-type faults should be prioritized for troubleshooting of power lines and encoder cables; DKC02.3 with the same housing 004/008/012/018 can be interchanged between the bodies, after replacement, re-autodetect and re-tune the motor parameters; distinguish SGP (only SERCOS bus) and MGP (full-function multi-instruction) firmware cannot be directly mixed.
