Operation and Maintenance Instructions
Install the module on standard 35mm DIN rail inside the control cabinet. Keep a clearance of 20mm around the module for heat dissipation. Avoid installation in places with severe corrosion and excessive dust. Separate serial communication cables and network cables from power cables during wiring to reduce electromagnetic interference. The tightening torque of terminal screws shall be controlled between 0.5Nm and 0.6Nm. Set module address via rotary switch and complete serial port parameters and PROFINET data mapping configuration through supporting configuration software. Carry out regular inspection in daily use, check the firmness of wiring and the working state of indicators periodically. Clean the module surface with dry cloth only and do not use liquid cleaning agents. If the power indicator is off, check the 24 V DC power supply and related lines.
