Compatibility Notes
JANCD-CP01 is not interchangeable with JANCD-CP11, JANCD-CP50, or JANCD-CP50B. Each model belongs to a different controller platform: CP01 for XRC robots/YASNAC CNC, CP11 for ERC robots, and CP50/CP50B for J50 CNC systems.
When replacing, ensure the part number, revision, and firmware version match the original board to avoid incompatibility.
The board is a legacy component and intended for maintenance replacement only in existing installations.
Installation and Maintenance
Install in a clean, dry, well‑ventilated control cabinet to avoid exposure to dust, moisture, and corrosive gases.
Securely mount in the designated rack slot and ensure all connectors are fully seated.
Before powering on, verify that the 24 V DC power supply is within the specified voltage range.
Perform regular inspections of connectors and PCB for signs of wear, damage, or corrosion.
Use only compatible Yaskawa replacement parts and accessories to maintain system reliability.
