Core Functions
Open-loop V/Hz, compatible with standard induction motors, stable speed under load fluctuations
Wide voltage range of 380–460V, universal for global power grids, replacing multi-voltage models
0–10VDC analog speed control, compatible with potentiometers and PLCs
Complete electrical/thermal protection, protecting the driver and the motor
Direct replacement of the old 1AC series, compatible with legacy systems Applications
Small conveyors, fans, water pumps, mixers (2HP motor)
Light industrial equipment, commercial HVAC/ventilation systems
Renovation and maintenance of old industrial/commercial frequency conversion systems
Installation & Maintenance
Vertically installed in a clean, dry and ventilated room, leaving space for heat dissipation
Use rated copper cables, separate power lines and control lines for wiring to reduce EMI
Check all connections before powering on; regularly check for any looseness in terminals / wiring
Clean after power off, wipe with a dry cloth, do not use liquids / chemical cleaners
Regularly inspect heat sinks / terminals to prevent overheating and corrosion
Determine faults through panel indicator lights, remove faults and then restart
Inside is electrostatic sensitive, do not disassemble without professional knowledge; spare parts should be stored in a cool, dry and dust-free environment
