Honeywell 51304718-125 (51304718125)
Description
Product Introduction
51304718-125 is a high-level analog input isolation terminal board (FTA) of the Honeywell UCN/Experion PKS system, belonging to the HLAI/STI series. It is used for electrical isolation and signal conversion between the on-site 4-20mA/1-5V analog signals and the DCS control card, providing 1500VAC high-voltage isolation. It is a 16-channel, non-redundant, crimp terminal type, suitable for high-density and highly interfered industrial sites.

Operation and maintenance instructions Use
Installation: Fixed in a standard cabinet, leaving sufficient space for wiring and heat dissipation;
Wiring: Securely fasten the 50-pin cable plug, and conduct on-site cable crimping and secure connection;
Power-on and Debugging: After wiring is completed, start the DCS, check for no alarms, confirm the signal accuracy, and then put it into operation. Maintenance
Environment: Keep the cabinet dry and clean, avoiding moisture, corrosion and dust accumulation;
Inspection: Check the firmness of the crimping and the integrity of the cables every quarter, and handle any loosening or aging promptly;
Cleaning: Use a dry soft cloth to remove dust, and prohibit the use of liquid cleaners on the circuit board and terminals;
Storage: Store spare parts in an anti-static bag, in a cool and dry place; Take anti-static measures during handling;
Disassembly: Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble, to prevent static electricity or operational damage to the circuit.
