Operating Instructions
1. Mounting
Flange: NEMA 34, 4×M5 bolts, torque to 2.5 Nm.
Coupling: Coaxiality ≤ 0.08 mm to avoid radial load.
Cables: Power ≥14AWG; encoder: twisted pair shielded, length ≤10 m.
2. Wiring
Power: A+ (armature +), A− (armature −), FG (ground).
Encoder: +5V, GND, A±, B±, Z±.
3. Commissioning
Drive Setup: DC Servo, 90VDC, 8.2A, 500PPR.
No-Load Jog: 500 RPM – check rotation direction, noise, and encoder feedback.
Load Gradually: Up to rated torque; monitor temperature and stability.
4. Maintenance
Brushes: Inspect every 2000 hours; replace if worn to 5mm.
Bearings: Regrease every 4000 hours (Mobil XHP 222).
