Operating Instructions

1. Mounting
  • NEMA 34 flange: 4×M5 bolts, torque to 2.5 Nm.

  • Shaft coupling: Coaxiality ≤ 0.08 mm to avoid radial load.

  • Cables: Power ≥14AWG; encoder: twisted pair shielded, length ≤10 m.

2. Wiring
  • Power: A+ (armature +), A− (armature −), FG (ground).

  • Encoder: +5V, GND, A±, B±, Z±.

3. Commissioning
  • Drive Setup: DC Servo, 90VDC, 6.8A, 500PPR.

  • No-load Jog: 500 RPM – check rotation, noise, encoder feedback.

  • Load Gradually: Up to rated torque; monitor temperature & stability.

4. Maintenance
  • Brushes: Inspect every 2000 hours; replace if worn to 5mm.
