1. Installation

Flange Fixation: NEMA 34 4×M5 Bolts, Torque 2.5 Nm

Alignment: ≤0.08 mm, avoid radial load

Cables: Power Cable ≥14AWG, Encoder Twisted Shielded Cable, Length ≤10 m

2. Wiring

Power: A+ (Armature +), A- (Armature -), FG (Ground)

Encoder: +5V, GND, A±, B±, Z±

3. Debugging

Driver Parameters: DC Servo, 90VDC, 6.8A, 500PPR

No-load Point Movement: 500 RPM, check direction, abnormal noise, encoder feedback

Step-by-step Loading: to rated torque, observe temperature rise and stability

4. Maintenance

Brush: Check every 2000 hours, replace when worn to 5mm

Bearings: Add high-temperature lubricating grease every 4000 hours (Mobil XHP 222)

Insulation: Test once a year, Armature to Ground ≥1 MΩ (500VDC Multimeter)
