1. Installation

Flange Fixation: NEMA 34 Through Hole, 4 M5 Bolts, Torque 2.5 Nm

Alignment: Load and Motor Shaft Alignment ≤ 0.08 mm, Avoid Radial Load

Cables: Power Cable ≥ 14AWG, Encoder Cable Use Twisted Shielded Cable, Length ≤ 10 m

2. Wiring

Power: A+ (Armature Positive), A- (Armature Negative), FG (Ground)

Encoder: +5V, GND, A±, B±, Z±

3. Debugging

Drive Parameters: Motor Type Set to "DC Servo", Rated Voltage 90VDC, Rated Current 4.8A, Encoder 500PPR

Test Run: First, Point Move (500 RPM), Check Direction, Abnormal Noise, Encoder Feedback; Then Gradually Load to Rated Torque

4. Maintenance

Brush: Check every 2000 hours, Replace when worn to 5mm

Bearings: Add High Temperature Lubricating Grease (Mobil XHP 222) every 4000 hours
